Before You Visit
If you are coming in for a consult,
x-rays are usually needed. Your dentist may supply them or
we may need to take additional pictures depending on your
particular consult.
A written referral from your dentist or
physician is always helpful.
If you are coming for surgery and are having general
anesthesia or intravenous sedation (twilight sleep) you must
have a driver, having nothing to eat or drink for at least 6
hours and wear a short sleeve shirt with an open collar or
something loose so we can place our monitors. If you take
medication regularly please let us know so that we can
instruct you on what to take prior to your appointment. If
you have a heart murmur, an artificial joint or any medical
condition that requires pre-medication with antibiotics,
please inform us.
Our business office will help with your dental or medical
insurance; bring your insurance cards with you.
