InsuranceOur office is contracted with many different PPO dental plans. If we are not contracted with your insurance we can still bill them for you as a courtesy. We are NOT contracted with any dental HMO plans or with any Medical plans. We are also NOT providers with Medi-Cal or Medi-Care.
Payment is expected the day of the service and we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover, however we do not accept American Express. We also offer patients the option to use a payment plan thru either Capital one or Care Credit.
You can check the website of your insurance company by clicking on their logo below and you can also check your eligibility and benefits and print it out to bring with you to your appointment. This will help us to give you a fast and prompt estimate of future services
